How to see all site. You can open the SP Designer then open
site. You can see the list of sites.
Lesson #3: Create Workflow using SP Designer
First Create a LIST (List
> create Item on list > create
columns on items)
On LIST – you
create an Item
On LIBRARY – you
create a document
How to create custom workflow:
Example is using the Announcement List and creating a new
Document Library.

Create document library
entitled “SP2010”
·
Set the property of the doc
library
·
Then navigate to this
Document Library “SP210”
·
After navigating to
“SP2010” go to Library on Tools found on ribbon.
·
Then open it on SP
Designer.
·
You can see that there are
Global Workflow that are reusable.. There are also options on ribbon for List
Workflow, Reusable workflow and Site workflow.
·
Create a List Workflow,
Select Announcement.
·
Create a name for the List
workflow. OK.
·
Type Create (and press
enter to see the choices)
·
Select current list
(because you already opened the SP Designer via “SP2010”)
·
Create Body for instance
Save, publish workflow
