Barbaric

Watching Cook Abroad in TLC channel washing cows and building tent around the herd as "house of celebration" is fucking morbid, why?

Imagine cleaning your cows, living breathing creatures and just around the corner they are meal for celebration how fucking retarded are we? Like I understand vegans this very moment. People are so into supreme being shit, like we eat near the source who are still alive!!! We assume that because cows cant talk and react the way people do, we can just go fuck their lives? This is just psychotic to be honest.

HUMAN supremacy makes me wanna puke! People are curious of aliens, dont look far just face the mirror.

No respect for animals, no respect for lives, what is left of you that signifies humanity then?

Nothing.

Oh Crap, People!

Stories told behind my back like I was two timed, made me feel sorry for the person. Do that person ever think to gain popularity by putting me down or by making me look stupid in front of his audience? You know what out of respect, it tells more about your self than me

My first impression when I heard the news was well ,who tell tales? That person is kind of shady, It's not my thing to talk about close friends lives behind their back cause I dont want it happening to me either so it's kind of off.  Is there subtle way to backstab a person? I dont think so. So my answer to that, even if it's not welcome because I know sometimes you just want to take side and judge people not expecting any explanation whatsoever just being a bitch, that during our time is really the time of my life. If I dont like a person, I kick them off the hood in a swoosh to avoid further casualties. But for this relationship I gambled and pray to God it wont bite if I lose.
But either way the important take away is I had fun, I fell in love and Ive been to places that even up to now I still cherish and wouldnt trade for anything. And if you say that the pathetic looser is a two timer, which basically is just faking the entire relationship is none of my god damn business anymore, but yeah really awful kiss and teller. Some people are so lack of social graces to have the decency to put up a face and rain on your parade.

I wouldnt fake a thing in my life because I dont need cheating myself to fucking delay my happiness and if the guy is afraid of me for some reason to blurt things out, too bad some people just need to work out their communication skills better. It's like a silent insult that I cant handle real arguments. But hell we know the person cant talk real shit, except when I turn my back right? I cant tell that I dont deserve it just cause I deserve everything God made me. My take is, it's needed but not necessarily had to stick around for long. In other words it's a short lived relationship lacking depth. Meaningless, nadah.

Let's not bad mouth that much haha, not that it still matters ( I just feel like a bad bitch today you know after prepin up my dinner with pasta and white wine). Well, I am entitled to my opinion. I had that shoes for quite sometime and not a soul, except my love ones, knows a thing how I walk and roll with it so outsiders need to relax coz honey -

Real Coffee Talk

Earlier today, I signed up for part time job in most common cafe around the metro just for fun. Since I work at night, I might as well look for a job that does not require long term commitment and more importantly related to my passion that is tandadadadan- coffee

Through the years my love of coffee evolved to a more sophisticated taste, I guess. During college days where I cant even afford to buy a sturbucks coffee, who had manopolize the hype that time, I only get to taste it when treated by aunt or mom. Frappucino are my favorite, liek mocha or dark mocha. But as years progress so as my taste buds were kind of used to the same old frap. It came to a point where I dont bother which flavor to select as they all taste the same until I turned in my mid 20's. I kind of explored and swtiched from caffeinated frap to green tea frap with java chip. It sounds like less calories than the usual, so me being health consious that time it became my go to drink.
So I go along with it for quite sometime.

I work as an IT Specialist for all my life and the way I like to kickstart the day is to have a cup of vendo coffee. I was gravitated to it because it's free and taste pretty decent - so I thought. Iremembered this one company
who's so run by foreigners , German , Danish you name it - that they serve freshly brewed coffee. oh actually it is an espresso machine, neat huh. And they have this all sorts of syrup liek vanila, caramel, nutmeg which I dont like pouring in my cup for some reason. I guess it elevated my taste for coffee, this is a good start - I have a preference.
But I still love love love steam milk, even espresso doesnt have sugar im good with it.

One time, as I was sitting in a coffee shop I tried to order cappucino. Never really ordered hot ever since it made me feel like my mom can do it at home but not frap (how novice).
My first ever cappuccino was MAGIC. Do you knnow that flavor? HAHA
I never knew how a cup of hot coffee could lighten up my mood more than my usual vendo coffee (lakas maka tanga). From then on, I always prefer hot over cold even the temperature here in Manila is rising as hell, no big deal.

So basically for all this years of taste testing I finally have an opinion of what a good coffee tastes like. Im not a pro,but think Im entitled - I drink one hell of a lot!

#9
Iced Caramel Machiatto - Starbucks. I dont care what they say about SB coffee but I love it - specially upside down
#8
Country Style - Decent taste, like light roast coffee beans and smells good. It's my morning  go to.
#7
Dunkin Donut Brewed Coffee - cheap, brewed , water not randown like McDonalds. I also like the hot mocha here, but not all shops server it.
#6
JCoccino Coffee  from Jco Donuts - which is quite dark roast with a hint of dark cocoa. Lovet it actually depends on who's brewing cause it changes everytime I visit.
#5
CBTL Cappucino - tastes good not that bitter. I also like Americano , it has a note thats sweet but i still pair it with steam milk.
#4
Seattles Best Classic Mocha - love it.
#3
Lavazza Americano - Strong Dark Roast more like Italian or french coffee
I love the capuccino or latte or americano :)
#2
Mauro Brewed Coffee - My favorite brewed coffee!!! It has a note of sweetness even without sugar!
#1
Tobys Estate - Love love love the flat white and Gibraltar.
Plus they have a highly skilled barista that makes Rosetta a serious business.

So basically what I understand about coffee is you want to consume it fresh so buy whole beans from your local store and let them grind it for you. And to get the maximum tastes of coffee plus the good stuff in it get the medium roast, or light med roast rather than French or Italian. You want to make sure those beans are Arabica which is high grade beans than Robusta. Remember that. Okay I am done lecturing. I actually have used 2 coffee brewer and 1 coffee press - but it somehow doesnt give me the rich texture/flavor of my ideal coffee. I dont know, the search is still on. Hopefully someone from those I applied get back on me so I can grab some of their knowledge about coffee.

March Favorites

Things I discovered this March are worthy to share, read on!

I really enjoyed writing this but I need to rest so to be continued.. ha!

Banh Mi Kitchen

So one Saturday , when I was suppose to sleep after night work, I decided to stay up and wait until Sunday which is my birthday. Making sure that I am wide awake, spending my last 31st year of existence, more like a celebratory ought, I started searching for fancy meal near the area. To be honest, it is a struggle to look for food when you're not craving and by the time you finally find one you lost your appetite. Top of the list are located in Eastwood and Megamall, since Eastwood is like my second home I focus on resto in SM. So amongst all the resto Banh Mi caught my attention, it looked familiar maybe I passed by it several times. I go for the reviews and seems like most of them who tried it for the first time kept coming back. Without taking a bath I ran off in the middle of overly heated streets of Ortigas to SM. Went straight to Building A 4th floor and there it was. I got whole classic Banh Mi , kind of like a Quiznos size and man when you taste it doesnt even at par with any local bread. It's legit, second to my favorite bread in the entire world charowwt.
As of this writing ,AFC channel featured the Vietnamese Baguette and guess what it's called Banh Mi. I didnt even researched the meaning, but universe always find its way to us you know. So it has some Salami or Ham, coriander, mayo, tomato and some other stuff. Paired with large milk tea is the best, much bitter taste than your usual wintermelon tea :)
I got so excited I took a picture of my meal with my Gucci bucket bag (segway).

Vlogs - Youtubers

After getting a good signal, I finally met Youtube and we clicked instantly ha. It has been my companion for the last 2 months of living alone. Way back college days I didnt even wear anything on my face only johnsons baby powder while most classmates are full face done. Some even knew concealers way back, like what the hell is that stick looked like pimple remover or some hybrid of compact powder?
Not really into makeup, maybe it just goes with age as some discolorations and fine lines start revealing on my face. Although, I should have started wearing sunscreen and moisturizer when i was in college or highschool but maybe nah - I know me, Id rather buy book or food. I just realized how advance my classmates were in highschool and college when they put so much on their faces like foundation, blushon , concealers, eye liners, well groomed eye brows and lipsticks. Or it just goes to show that they took care of themselves better than I did haha! Who cares. But the impression they gave during that time looks like these girls are high maintenance, rich, maarte , malandi ganyan! I dont patronize makeup and getting groomed with so much aesthetics going on , I still prefer being simple and effortlessly natural look but I realized putting a little tint on your face is just one of hundered ways of loving yourself, taking good care of your skin without overdoing and has nothing, and I mean NADAH, to do with how people perceive you. I just realize if it keeps you motivated to do your best in school or work or it makes you feel confident then makeups purpose is put to it's highest pedestal. Obviously I watched to much makeup hacks, but I also follow french 101 and cactus gardeners.

10 Step Korean Skin Care

Damn, just by reading feels so stressful, right?.. One is keeping me out of the sink and ten is like ok na ako maging taong tabon guys. But I tried it afterall and believe it or not may face condition is waaaay better than before. So I have facial wipes when I wear makeup, some use the oil based makeup remover, I use iWhite to kickstart my korean inspired facial wash then second I apply Human Nature organic facial scrub especially important for dry skin like me. I also have sponge, love it lathers on my face like an applicator for Neutrogena gel the one I used alternately with iWhite. I dont have serum, expensive so lets skip that. I use toner celeteque since it's water base no alcohol, Im switching to WitchHazel since my toner almost done. Then I use tea tree eyecream and aloevera gel as facial moisturizer.
I use nose gel for white head removal twice a week. Also apply some face mask once a week.
I wash my face religiously  twice a day, even my body aches for my bed. The struggle is real dude.
But in time you get used to it, like it's part of your daily routine.

BB Cream - Skin White Trial

Im a type of person who doesnt drink a lot of water and my skin is dry to the point where it gets flaky. It's very itchy and sometimes irritating at cold temperatures so I always bring a handy dandy lotion everywhere I go. My face is also dry and makeup and BB creams tend to oxidize within hours. So basically I need to find a good foundation or cream that dont oxidize on my face. It gives me dewy look even if Im tuyot inside. See this is why it gets negative effect when you want to hide the bad aspects and not do anything to fix the issue haha! Well Im trying my very best to get 8 glasses of water a day. That's actually my permanent solution but sometimes full coverage creams can provide quick fix for busy girls like us, giving our skin dewy and hydrated look without over drinking water, excuse.

Gucci Bag

Damn is this not worthy to mention. Bucket bag is cute and when it's Gucci it's love.

The Ring

Speechless. 3 stones , gold for my color, and happiness.
